Tugboats at Hyannis Marina is looking for a few experienced bartenders to join our seasonal team for 2023. Good bartenders are expected to create classic & innovative drinks exceeding customers’ expectations. Compensation includes hourly wages and tips.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar & restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences as well as make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Resume & proven working experience as a bartender and the restaurant hospitality industry. (3 Years or More Preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Certified Bartender Training is a Plus
• Knowledge of ToastPOS is a Plus
